Laurent Rouxel

International Yacht Broker, Marseille
Laurent began sailing at the age of 7 in an Optimist at the Erquy sailing school (22). At 16, he earned his sailing instructor diploma in the same class as Thomas Coville. At 19, he worked as a sailing GO at Club Med in Morocco, and he never stopped sailing after that: sailing instructor in Dahouet (22), lead crew member during the winter training sessions in La Trinité-sur-Mer…
He had the opportunity to work with Eric Loizeau, a renowned skipper and mountaineer. He even organized the finest women’s sailing race with “La Route d’Elissa” in 2004. Today, he is the proud owner of a Swan 42.
Laurent, through his professional background as an entrepreneur, trainer, and consultant, is our man for “project” boats: not only will he help you with a private sale, but he will also support you with sale-related projects (business plan, export, etc.)
Vincent Vallée

International Yacht Broker, Martinique
Passionate about the marine world since always, he has built his career around the ocean, sailing, and nautical expertise. After growing up near the Atlantic, he studied marine biology, which took him to several towns along the French west coast, before moving to French Guiana in 2016 to complete a thesis in oceanography. Specialized in tropical fish ecology and climate change, he earned his doctorate with honors in 2020.
This scientific expertise, combined with solid field experience, naturally led him to offshore sailing. After rigorous sailing training and a year and a half of preparation, he crossed the Atlantic Ocean aboard his own sailboat, leaving Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie in Vendée in 2021 to reach the Caribbean in 2022.
Since 2022, he has been putting this dual expertise — in-depth knowledge of the marine environment and hands-on sailing experience — at the service of his clients as a yacht broker in the Caribbean.
Based in Le Marin, Martinique, he supports boat buyers and sellers at every stage of their project: valuation, targeted search, negotiation, inspections, administrative and logistical procedures, throughout the Caribbean.

International Yacht Broker, Marseille
Victor is a young professional driven by a lifelong deep passion for boating.
Originally from Aveyron, he grew up by a lake, where he discovered dinghy sailing, motorboats, and water sports at a very young age.
Growing up, he gained experience during numerous Mediterranean crossings with his family, notably aboard a Sun Odyssey 409, then an Oceanis 45. He therefore understood very early on that he wanted to connect his passion with his future career.
After his studies in La Rochelle, Victor worked for two years in Spain before joining the Bénéteau Group, first in the United States, then in Bordeaux.
By working closely with the design office, he deepened his technical skills, meeting the high standards of Lagoon’s large-unit clientele.
Victor is now delighted to support you in your boating projects.
