FOUNTAINE PAJOT LUCIA 40 MAESTRO – 2016 – €360,000 INC. VAT
Lucia 40 in owner's version Maestro, in excellent condition and ready to sail this season. Before its sale in 2025, it underwent a complete refit at Canet Boat Plaisance shipyard: over €20,000 in work on a single invoice, including full sail-drive overhaul. Its maintenance history is documented by invoices since 2021. No work required.
THE BOAT
Maestro version: 3 cabins, 2 bathrooms, 2 electric toilets. The starboard hull is entirely dedicated to the owner. Designed by Berret-Racoupeau, the Lucia 40 combines a bright saloon, a protected cockpit and a Flexiteek deck.
ENGINES
2 x Volvo Penta D1-30 of 30 hp, sail-drives 130S, approximately 1,700 hours.
Annual overhaul according to Volvo recommendations, with hours recorded on each invoice.
2025: removal of both sail-drives in workshop and new hull seals, overhaul of both engines, new starboard MDI.
Three-blade folding propellers treated with Propspeed.

MAINTENANCE HISTORY
2024: engine overhaul, heat exchangers cleaned with new thermostats, fuel tank cleaned, new Airmar transducer, antifouling.
2023: engine overhaul, port seawater pump rebuilt, antifouling.
2022: engine and sail-drive overhaul, antifouling, Propspeed.
2021: engine overhaul, antifouling, Propspeed, new Gala tender.
