Apreamare 12
Very beautiful Apreamare 12 from 1999, with its deck teak recently replaced.
2-cabin and 2-bathroom version, with a forward sun lounging area and a hydraulic gangway. This unit is designed for cruising with friends or family.
This boat is powered by two Volvo Penta TAMD 74 engines of 480 horsepower on the shaft line, totaling only 520 hours of use and equipped with a bow thruster. It also features a generator set installed in 2022 (only 30 hours of use), air conditioning from 2023, and a water maker also from 2023. The electric toilets were also replaced in 2023.
We find two comfortable cabins: a double cabin and a cabin with two single beds convertible into a double bed. Each has its own bathroom. The saloon is convertible into a double berth, thus offering excellent guest capacity. The galley is very well equipped, including an oven, microwave, gas cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, and ice maker.
The interior and exterior woodwork is in excellent condition and the navigation electronics were updated in 2018 with complete Raymarine equipment.
On the exterior, the cockpit teak has been recently refitted and is in superb condition. The deck teak and sun lounging area teak was redone in 2026.
