How was the first Prestige boat born?
32 years after the launch of the Jeanneau shipyard in 1957, the first Prestige motor yacht was born in 1989, the result of a collaboration with Cabinet Garroni Design. It was the Prestige 41 Open.
In the 2000s, production accelerated. Thanks to the success of the Prestige 36 model, the brand established itself as one of the most iconic flybridge ranges on the market. In 2010, the Grands Yachts range was launched with the first Prestige 60 model, voted European Powerboat of the Year 2010 and Croatian Powerboat of the Year 2010.
Prestige Yachts establishes itself on the international stage
In 2012, Prestige benefited from the largest dealer network in Europe. In 2014, the Prestige 750 won awards at the World Yachts Trophies in the “Best Layout” and “Most Achieved” categories, then at the Nautic Design Awards in Paris. The following year, she was voted European Powerboat of the Year 2015 in Düsseldorf.
In 2016, the range was expanded with the Prestige 680 and 680 S – the 680 was voted Motor Boat of the Year 2015.
The development of Prestige Yachts from 2017 to today
In 2017, four new models came out of the shipyard: Prestige 560, 560 S, 630, and 630 S. In 2018, the S-Line range was launched, designed for ultra-responsive and high-performance handling.
In 2020, the X-Line range appeared with the X-70, the brand’s first ultra-luxury motor yacht. Today, Prestige Yachts offers 4 exceptional ranges:
- M-Line : M48 and Prestige M8
- X-Line : X60 and X70
- F-Line : 420, 460, 520, 590 and 690
- S-Line : 420S, 460S, 520S and 590S
