Lagoon 400 - 4 Cabins Version - 2010
Superb Lagoon 400 in the 4 cabins version, built at the end of 2010 and launched in 2011, available in Martinique and registered in Fort-de-France with VAT and local taxes paid.
This catamaran, known for its reliability and comfort on board, offers an ideal configuration for a cruising program or rental investment. The 4 cabin version, all equipped with private bathrooms (shower and toilet), is complemented by 2 crew cabins in the forward peaks, allowing an excellent guest capacity.
This unit stands out for its recent maintenance and significant improvements made in 2025, including the complete replacement of the standing rigging (shrouds, forestay, furler, jumper strut, triangles, mast foot reinforcement), as well as a new trampoline, ensuring safety and serenity for the years to come. It is also worth noting that the main transverse bulkhead has been reinforced as a precaution against any structural incident.
The propulsion is provided by two Yanmar 3JH4E engines of 40 hp with approximately 2800 hours of operation. The boat has two sets of sails in good condition, with roller furling genoas (x2), mainsails with battens (x2) and a gennaker with a furling system, allowing to optimize the performance in all conditions. The on-board autonomy is reinforced by a 520 W solar installation (4 panels), a 150 L/h watermaker as well as a portable Yamaha 2000 W generator, providing excellent comfort at anchor. The boat is well equipped for navigation with Raymarine ST70 instruments, an ST6002 autopilot, a chart plotter GPS and a Ray 55E VHF. The comfort on board is completed by an equipped galley (3-burner gas stove and Eno oven), an audio system, and a TV with an antenna at the top of the mast.
With VAT and local taxes paid, this Lagoon 400 represents a particularly interesting opportunity on the catamaran market in the West Indies. Reliable, well-maintained and ready to sail immediately, it will be suitable for both a long-distance cruising project and a rental operation.
